Free Confidential / Anonymous HIV Counseling and Testing

AIDS Community Alliance offers free confidential/anonymous HIV counseling and testing services at locations throughout South Central Pennsylvania. All ACA testing centers use the OraQuick HIV rapid test and the Orasure oral HIV test. (Rapid testing is subject to availability.)

As a part of the No Stigma Know Status HIV Testing Initiative, AIDS Community Alliance strives to offer HIV testing and counseling at locations throughout the communities we serve. Individuals from throughout the region are encouraged to access testing at the locations and times that are most convenient to them. The dates, locations and times of local testing opportunities are listed below.

In addition to the community-based testing opportunities, the Agency does offer a limited number of testing appointments each week at the Agency's administrative office in Harrisburg (100 N. Cameron St., Ste. 301-East) and the Agency's Activity Center in Lancaster (250 W. King St.). Please call 1.800.867.1550 to schedule an appointment at either of these locations.
